Stock Your Freezer with Premium Locally Raised Beef!

Looking to fill your freezer with high-quality, locally raised beef? Our Maine Anjou and Longhorn cross cattle are raised on lush pasture, supplemented with our own farm-grown hay and carefully sourced grain from a local feed mill to ensure optimal growth, marbling, and flavor.

A Maine Anjou and Longhorn cross offers an excellent combination of nutrition, flavor, and efficiency for beef production.

  • Longhorn genetics contribute to leaner beef, meaning lower saturated fat and fewer calories per serving while still providing rich flavor.
  • Maine Anjou genetics add more marbling, which enhances tenderness and juiciness, balancing the leanness of the Longhorn.
  • This results in nutrient-dense beef that is both flavorful and heart-healthier compared to commercial beef.

Choose from a quarter, half, or whole beef option to suit your family's needs. Buying in bulk not only guarantees you premium, farm-fresh beef but also saves you money compared to grocery store prices.

Enjoy the peace of mind that comes with knowing exactly where your beef comes from—raised with care, right here on our farm. Reserve your share today and taste the difference of locally raised, farm-fresh beef!

Price per pound is $5.50 based off the hanging weight (this does not include the butcher processing fees). Hanging weight will be determined once the meat is on the rail at the butchers and can be accurately weighed.

  • Whole - Approximately 350 to 400 lbs of meat
  • Half - Approximately 175 to 200 lbs of meat
  • Front Quarter - Approximately 80 to 100 lbs of meat
  • Hind Quarter - Approximately 80 to 100 lbs of meat

Processing fees at the butcher can range based off the cuts of meat you select.
